2018 Area VIII Young Rider Camp North
Once again Area VIII is offering our Camp North in Michigan for 2018. Camp will include instruction in all competition phases, as well as informational sessions on a variety of topics. Riders will be grouped by ability and instruction will cover Starter/Beginner Novice through Intermediate.
This is a day camp and riders are expected to participate in all group instructional meetings and riding sessions, as well as auditing training sessions for other riders (or setting jumps, etc.). Snacks, lunch, and water will be provided. Assistance with housing may be provided, so we would love to hear from anyone who may be able to provide housing for young riders attending camps in your area.
Priority will be given to applicants who are registered Young Rider members but our camps are open to ALL riders, adults and non-YR-members.
